Railroading - 2nd stage

We started with extension our yard in the spring 2009. Is concerned about extension of the line from station Orechov concretely. It will double line, because single line has certain trammels.
We used a flexible track from the Thiel company. These track offer more facilities for shaping of the line. Montage of the flexible track is more laborious, but the final result is better.

We continued to building a new station Moravany during summer vacation. We have to lay down six full composts storage bins, therefore we delayed. We perspired some liters at first and then we could lay all station tracks and the second gridiron. Shunting lines and depot have left yet.

We continue with building of track for store-house. New engine shed is nascent, too. Supply of switches from Thiel company is delayed, unfortunately. The reason is economic recession. Subcontractor of cast frogs became bankrupt and company Thiel had to look for other subcontractor. Switches producing continued at this time, but we are waiting for another switches. That is way we will continue in the spring, I think.

I used Y switch for trap sidings.

Bridge No. 2 rebuilding

We plan reconstructions of bridges No. 2 (Javornik´s bridge) and No. 1 (Vresovice´s bridge) this year. Bridge No. 2 has been reconstructed as the first. Its butress walls warped heavily and its rail track deck has been mounted as provisional in 2006 year. The line is in deep incision and we decided to make a tunnel in the end. The local line will crossing main line above one of tunnel portal in natural terrain. Company ASYmodel implemented these rebuildings.

Bridge No. 1 rebuilding

Bridge No. 1 was rebuild with bridge No. 2 together. We planned to replace only rail track deck. But original concrete blocks were clear away finally. New sandstone bridge pillars were build. All section is lighter now.
